The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Calling every day 50 to 100 industrial customers for import-export service.
  • Fixing Appointment for a Field salesperson with a customer visit.
  • Coordinating with internal team members for the status of shipment.
  • Maintaining customer call report & progress report.


Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative role, ideally within the Real Estate, Shipping and Transport & Logistics industry.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have working knowledge of calling and coordination
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
