Weare looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HumanResources department and oversee our fullcyclerecruiting.

TalentAcquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates throughvarious channels planning interview and selection procedures andhosting or participating in career events. To be successful in thisrole you should be able to develop longterm recruiting strategiesand nurture trusting relationships with potentialhires.

Ultimatelyyou will create strong talent pipelines for our companys currentand future hiringneeds.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinatewith hiring managers to identify staffingneeds
  • Determineselectioncriteria
  • Sourcepotential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platformsand professionalnetworks)
  • Planinterview and selection procedures including screening callsassessments and inpersoninterviews
  • Assesscandidate information including resumes and contact details usingour Applicant TrackingSystem
  • Designjob descriptions and interview questions that reflect eachpositionsrequirements
  • Leademployer brandinginitiatives
  • Organizeand attend job fairs and recruitmentevents
  • Forecastquarterly and annual hiring needs bydepartment
  • Fosterlongterm relationships with past applicants and potentialcandidates

  • Knowledgeof Applicant Tracking Systems(ATSs)
  • Excellentverbal and written communicationskills
  • Akeen understanding of the differences between various roles withinorganizations
