Description

: Incumbent will be responsible for establishing the CSD/CPC Channel for Galderma India – by creating a winning G2M model; putting right SOP/ Process and deliverables in place. He will be responsible for setting the CSD channel and then delivering and maximizing sales, distribution, product visibility & display opportunities through leveraging the planned & resources & infrastructure for the CSD channel.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling Government clients like Army Canteens & Police Canteens.

Coordinate with CSD Depots & ensuring SKUs in CSD, handling store merchandising, product promotion etc. & timely billing collection.

Maintaining healthy relationship with channel partners / distributors.

Developing & maintaining relationship with Officer level posts who are heading CSD depots.

Monitor Depot Fill Rate & stock Control from CFA to Depot & from Depot to URCs.

Skills & Qualifications  :

Education : Bachelor's Degree and Master’s degree in Marketing or Business or similar.

Work Experience 10+ years.

People leadership

Strong communication ; listening and negotiation skills

A high degree of strategic forward thinking.

Be experienced working within an Omni-channel or CSD business. Preferably should have handled / CSD/CPC or is currently handling such a profile.

Have a vast track record of successfully growing CSD channel performance as well as delivering on budget and long term strategy.

Have a key interest in the product and category they have worked with and have a great understanding of customer and market behavior and able to adapt to changes.

Be an exceptional senior stake holder manager, both internally and externally and able to influence and take people on a journey at all levels.
