RolesAnd Responsibilities:
- Computerliteracy which also involves adequate knowledge on several computersoftware such as Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to work both at the team and independent level asa logistics administrator must be able to organize logistics fortraining programs for personnel within the project team
- Demonstration of a high level of flexibility to be ableto work comply and adapt to the company suppliers andclients’ requirements
- Ability towork in all kinds of environment including a multiculturalenvironment
- Sound experience in the managementof personnel and all aspects of team working
- Well developed communication and interpersonal skills inorder to effectively liaise with suppliers clients andcoworkers.
- Tracking and highlighting changesto onshore logistics for aviation purposes
- Managing and overseeing administrative processes asinstructed by the supervisor
- Interacting withboth internal and external suppliers related to deliveries coverfor the organization’s departmental colleagues while onleave or absent
- Tracking orders in order toensure timely delivery
- Planning and organizingshipments in conformity with product availability and customerrequests
- Maintaining accurate and updatedrecords of orders suppliers and customers
- Providing information to clients or customers about thestatus of their orders
- Fluent English speaking and writing
- Complete knowledge of computers
- Confident speaker
