As a Team Leader, People Group Shared Services, you will be responsible for leading a shared services team who supports global people group processes, HR audits and accuracy of data generated in Workday. You will work collaboratively with colleagues in the U.S, Europe, Asia and Australia to deliver a positive experience for our employees, People Managers and Practice Leaders.

Duties and responsibilities, as they align to Ryan’s Key Results

People:

Provides a positive working environment of empowerment, collaboration, and engagement to gather feedback, mentor, assess skill levels, develop and train new and existing team members. Manages collaborative efforts with team members to share best practices, monitor case volumes to drive high standards of customer service and people-oriented behavior. Provides training on Workday functionality, business processes and reporting; Assists with testing semi-annual Workday releases and/or assist with automation of reports or enhancing/simplifying processes

Client:

Closely tracks SLA metrics, and ensures proper resolution of cases/escalations in a timely manner. Provide subject matter expertise for direct reports and escalation point for more complex requests Reviews and provides guidance report requests to ensure quality and accuracy Assists People Group COEs and WD HR teams with the creation of reports, dashboards, scorecards and ensures timely creation / updates of any standard reporting Execute and maintain a governance / SLA framework that ensures timeliness, accuracy, compliance, and scalability of shared services requests Overseeing the team that helps with all Workday transactions which include, but are not limited to, job requisition reviews/approvals, offer approvals, interview evaluation feedback, new hire processing, job changes, organizational changes, position management, compensation changes, and terminations. Ensure team members are following up to completion of all requests in a timely manner.

Value:

Create and maintain job aids, SOPs, best practices and change management documentation to ensure procedural standards are followed, and to increase adoption of Workday self-service. Manages the cleansing and harmonization of people data in Workday; performs data quality checks to identify data issues needing resolution by the team; creates escalations to appropriate COE teams to address complex data integrity, reporting, process issues. Completes tasks assigned by Management with a sense of urgency and confidentiality where needed.

Education and Experience:

Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Analytics or Business 5+ years of experience Human Resources Operations, Quality Assurance, Data Analytics and/or Project Management 3+ years of Workday administration experience, including Workday report writing, dashboarding and end user support Strong People Management Experience - proven ability of maintaining high customer service levels in a fast-paced environment supporting large global teams: Coaching, Performance Management and Skill Augmentation Capable of maintaining a high level of confidentiality and accountability Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication; ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership including expert presentation skills

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate skills in Microsoft® Word, Excel, and Outlook, Workday HCM, Drive, Discovery Boards, Prism Analytics and Adaptive Planning.

Work Environment:

Standard indoor working environment. Long periods of sitting while working at computer. Position requires regular interaction with employees at all levels of the Firm.
