About the Role

We at Innovaccer are looking for a Director-Demand Generation for a couple of Markets we serve. You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products in the market. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our solutions, engage key stakeholders, and drive revenue growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage your expertise in healthcare technology and marketing to position our products effectively and differentiate them in the competitive landscape.Developing and implementing comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive lead acquisition and customer conversion.

A Day in the Life

Develop, maintain and execute demand generation plans aligned with business goalsMentoring Demand Generations team to generate sales opportunities in healthcare technology space such as in population health management, Customer relationship management, Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Technologies in the US market.Designing and implementing a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong presence across the US market.Develop a deep understanding of Innovaccer customers, products, and the buyer’s journeyOwn the complete lead generation & management process from lead capture to follow-up and tracking them through the entire sales cycleWork collaboratively with the Sales Team and obtain feedback on the quality of MQLs generated from marketing campaigns and build programs that support sales enablementTrack full-funnel lead metrics and provide recommendations: program and campaign investments based on conversion ratesMeasure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs to leadershipWork closely with other departments to build cross-functional cohesion and ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of one-off and ongoing campaigns across email and web personalizationUse the latest in account-based marketing technology to run multi-channel campaigns targeting Innovaccer’s largest customersEnsure that content reaches the right part of the sales funnels at the right timeLeverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks 

What You Need

Minimum 10-15 years of experience in implementing enterprise lead generation programs and processes Deep hands-on experience with growth marketing including but not limited to SEM, PPC, PPL, social media, and email marketing (true full-stack digital marketing).Highly analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performanceMBA/Bachelors from Tier I college in Business, Marketing, or other related discipline Experience with US Market is essentially required Strong technical aptitude, fantastic management skills with a great track record of working across sales, MarTech teamsKnowledge of Sales funnel and pipeline structureProactive, decisive, independent thinker and should be good into industry researchSolution-oriented approach with proven ability producing technically accurate, high-quality resultsMust be skilled in content creation Experience creating task-based and process flow documentationExcellent interpersonal communication skillsStrong analytical skills with marketing science
