About the Job

Position: Demand Generation Specialist (Digital & Events)

Location: Noida

Role Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Demand Generation Specialist (Digital & Events) to support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and event strategies. Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation, you will focus on driving lead generation, customer engagement, and assisting in the seamless execution of demand generation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Demand Generation

Assist in implementing data-driven demand generation strategies across digital platforms.

Support the planning, management, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads, SEO, etc.).

Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.

Event Management

Support the execution of demand generation activities through SAP-specific and general industry events, both virtual and in-person.

Assist in event logistics, including planning, coordination, and follow-up communication.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between event goals and business objectives.

Lead Management

Assist in routing leads from various regions to respective sales teams, ensuring a seamless handoff process.

Engage with prospects to qualify leads and guide them through initial stages of the sales funnel.

Analyze lead data and provide recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration and Execution

Work closely with the Head of Demand Generation and cross-functional teams to align campaigns with company objectives.

Coordinate with the sales and product teams to ensure the effective execution of marketing strategies.

Maintain marketing tools and CRM systems for efficient campaign management.

Must have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or event management.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics.
  • Basic understanding of lead generation and conversion processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to track and improve campaign performance.
  • Experience in managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) for B2B marketing.

Good to have

Exposure to SAP events and campaigns is a plus.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
