Requirements

Weare seeking an experiencedAdobe AnalyticsImplementationSpecialistto design and execute robustanalytics solutions across our web and app platforms. This roleinvolves collaborating with business partners to define measurementstrategies implementing advanced tracking solutions and providingactionable insights to guide business decisions. As a key member ofthe analytics team you ll help drive our data maturity optimize ourreporting capabilities and contribute to the continuous improvementof our analyticsprocesses.

KeyResponsibilities

  1. Designand Develop Adobe AnalyticsSolutions

    • Leadthe design and technical documentation for Adobe Analyticsimplementations on both web and mobile appplatforms.
    • Createand maintain solution design reference documentation tracking plansand implementationarchitecture.

  2. Collaborateon MeasurementStrategy

    • Partnerwith stakeholders to define clear actionable measurement strategiesaligned with businessobjectives.
    • Translatebusiness needs into comprehensive tracking and reportingconfigurations within AdobeAnalytics.

  3. Developand Deploy DataLayers

    • Workclosely with business partners developers and architects toimplement robust data layers primarily focused on AdobeAnalytics.
    • Ensureaccurate data capture for effective tagging andreporting.

  4. MobileSDKExpertise

    • Leveragea deep understanding of Adobe Analytics Mobile SDK to deliveraccurate mobile app trackingsolutions.
    • Guidemobile SDK implementations to capture relevant user behaviors andengagementmetrics.

  5. TaggingStrategy andImplementation

    • Analyzetracking requirements and recommend optimal tagging solutions tomeet specific data captureneeds.
    • Configureand deploy custom tags that align with business goals and ensurehighquality datacollection.

  6. DevelopCustom Scripts andPlugins

    • Designand create custom scripts or plugins to address unique trackingrequirements and adhocneeds.
    • Ensuresolutions are scalable documented and optimized forperformance.

  7. ContinuousImprovement of AnalyticsTechniques

    • Driveimprovements in analytics techniques processes and qualityassurance to enhance data accuracy andreliability.
    • ImplementQA standards for validating data integrity across all analyticsplatforms.

  8. DataAnalysis andInsights

    • Performindepth data analysis and provide actionable insights based on datatrends helping to inform strategic businessdecisions.
    • Communicatefindings effectively using data visualization and storytellingtechniques to engagestakeholders.

  9. StakeholderCommunication andPresentations

    • Presentcomplex analytics outcomes and strategic recommendations tobusiness stakeholders in an understandable and actionablemanner.
    • Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to align analytics insights withbusinessobjectives.

  10. DataMaturity and AnalyticsDevelopment

  • Drivethe organization s analytics maturity by implementing bestpractices and fostering datadrivendecisionmaking.
  • Identifyopportunities to advance data strategy and enhance analyticscapabilities.
  1. Integrationwith APIs and DataPlatforms
  • Workwith APIs and various data sources to develop advanced reportingsolutions and datavisualizations.
  • Ensuredata consistency across reporting and visualizationplatforms.
  1. AdobeAnalytics Subject Matter Expert(SME)
  • Actas the Adobe Analytics SME training and upskilling team members inusing Adobe Analyticstools.
  • Provideguidance on best practices and troubleshooting for Adobe Analyticsimplementations.
  1. AdobeAnalytics ProductAdministration
  • AdministerAdobe Analytics settings including variable management processingrules classifications marketing channels and datafeeds.
  • Configureand optimize analytics settings to ensure effective tracking anddataintegrity.
  1. Dashboardand ReportingDevelopment
  • Designdashboards and adhoc reports to showcase KPIs trends and leadgenerationperformance.
  • Usedata visualizations to highlight progress against established goalsand supportdecisionmaking.
  1. WebsiteTraffic and User ExperienceAnalysis
  • Analyzewebsite traffic user segments and behavior patterns to provideinsights into user experience andengagement.
  • Identifytrends based on factors such as traffic source channel visitorfrequency and location offering insights for websiteoptimization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Analyticsor relatedfield.
  • 5years of experience with Adobe Analytics implementation andsolution design preferably across both web and appplatforms.
  • Strongunderstanding of data layers tagging and analyticsframeworks.
  • Expertisewith Adobe Analytics Mobile SDK and handson experience with web andmobile trackingsolutions.
  • Proficiencyin data visualization and reporting platforms (e.g. Power BITableau).
  • Demonstratedability to derive insights from data and present findings tonontechnicalstakeholders.
  • Experiencewith API integrations and advanced data handlingtechniques.
  • Strongproblemsolving skills and a passion for continuous improvement inanalytics.
