Role:Adobe Analytics Developer
Location:  Hyderabad

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Analytics Implementation Specialist to design and execute robust analytics solutions across our web and app platforms. This role involves collaborating with business partners to define measurement strategies, implementing advanced tracking solutions, and providing actionable insights to guide business decisions. As a key member of the analytics team, you’ll help drive our data maturity, optimize our reporting capabilities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our analytics processes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and Develop Adobe Analytics Solutions

    • Lead the design and technical documentation for Adobe Analytics implementations on both web and mobile app platforms.
    • Create and maintain solution design reference documentation, tracking plans, and implementation architecture.

  2. Collaborate on Measurement Strategy

    • Partner with stakeholders to define clear, actionable measurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Translate business needs into comprehensive tracking and reporting configurations within Adobe Analytics.

  3. Develop and Deploy Data Layers

    • Work closely with business partners, developers, and architects to implement robust data layers primarily focused on Adobe Analytics.
    • Ensure accurate data capture for effective tagging and reporting.

  4. Mobile SDK Expertise

    • Leverage a deep understanding of Adobe Analytics Mobile SDK to deliver accurate mobile app tracking solutions.
    • Guide mobile SDK implementations to capture relevant user behaviors and engagement metrics.

  5. Tagging Strategy and Implementation

    • Analyze tracking requirements and recommend optimal tagging solutions to meet specific data capture needs.
    • Configure and deploy custom tags that align with business goals and ensure high-quality data collection.

  6. Develop Custom Scripts and Plugins

    • Design and create custom scripts or plugins to address unique tracking requirements and ad-hoc needs.
    • Ensure solutions are scalable, documented, and optimized for performance.

  7. Continuous Improvement of Analytics Techniques

    • Drive improvements in analytics techniques, processes, and quality assurance to enhance data accuracy and reliability.
    • Implement QA standards for validating data integrity across all analytics platforms.

  8. Data Analysis and Insights

    • Perform in-depth data analysis and provide actionable insights based on data trends, helping to inform strategic business decisions.
    • Communicate findings effectively, using data visualization and storytelling techniques to engage stakeholders.

  9. Stakeholder Communication and Presentations

    • Present complex analytics outcomes and strategic recommendations to business stakeholders in an understandable and actionable manner.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics insights with business objectives.

  10. Data Maturity and Analytics Development

  • Drive the organization’s analytics maturity by implementing best practices and fostering data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to advance data strategy and enhance analytics capabilities.
  1. Integration with APIs and Data Platforms
  • Work with APIs and various data sources to develop advanced reporting solutions and data visualizations.
  • Ensure data consistency across reporting and visualization platforms.
  1. Adobe Analytics Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Act as the Adobe Analytics SME, training and upskilling team members in using Adobe Analytics tools.
  • Provide guidance on best practices and troubleshooting for Adobe Analytics implementations.
  1. Adobe Analytics Product Administration
  • Administer Adobe Analytics settings, including variable management, processing rules, classifications, marketing channels, and data feeds.
  • Configure and optimize analytics settings to ensure effective tracking and data integrity.
  1. Dashboard and Reporting Development
  • Design dashboards and ad-hoc reports to showcase KPIs, trends, and lead generation performance.
  • Use data visualizations to highlight progress against established goals and support decision-making.
  1. Website Traffic and User Experience Analysis
  • Analyze website traffic, user segments, and behavior patterns to provide insights into user experience and engagement.
  • Identify trends based on factors such as traffic source, channel, visitor frequency, and location, offering insights for website optimization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with Adobe Analytics implementation and solution design, preferably across both web and app platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data layers, tagging, and analytics frameworks.
  • Expertise with Adobe Analytics Mobile SDK and hands-on experience with web and mobile tracking solutions.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Demonstrated ability to derive insights from data and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with API integrations and advanced data handling techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement in analytics.
