Do you like optimizing current processes and driving global change? If yes, we are looking for a highly motivated Origination Platforms Lead to take our current and future Sales and Marketing systems to new heights Whilst the Reinsurance Marketing team is part of Global Clients and Solutions business unit, we have a global mandate to enable all three Reinsurance business units (P&C, L&H and Global Clients & Solutions) and closely collaborates with Group Functions and Corporate Solutions. We have a good understanding of business processes and are true partners for our colleagues. Together with them, you will ensure the Origination tools are used effectively and data is used to drive decisions.

As the Origination Platforms Lead you will:

Act as the Business Analyst for Sales Advisor (CRM system) Leads and Opportunities and Seismic which means: Responsible for defining the end to end business requirements for specific topics, validation & documentation Ensure that the required stakeholders are consulted and support the requirements Collaborate with Business Analyst to specify and refine requirements for delivery Support Product Manager with prioritization of requirements to maximize business impact and liaise with Business Analyst for handover to delivery phase Improve knowledge of business stakeholders through various change management activities and actively drive adoption of digital transformation measured through OKRs Responsible for access management including annual review Further development, optimizations, and customizations of our business processes in relation to our Origination tools Act as a Business Partner to global Key User Community aiming to create long-term strategic partnership to anticipate future business needs, drive adoption, validation of proposed solutions and ensure the system is fit for purpose today and tomorrow Act as our WalkMe co-expert which includes maintaining as well as building WalkMe content to improve user adoption of Sales Advisor In addition, depending on the candidate, be able to design, program and deliver quantitative on-demand analytics and dashboards on Partner and Client interactions recorded in the CRM tool.

About you

Sound knowledge and experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (< 5 years) Knowledge and experience with WalkMe is a distinct advantage (< 5 years) Experience with process analysis, process and solution design, and requirements engineering in CRM/customer management systems Strong analytical skillset, information visualization skill (PowerPoint, Excel) and you excel in presenting information to a target audience to enable them to take a decision. User centric design and how to source business requirements come natural to you Experience in agile development as well as traditional project management and a track record leading projects of global scale A consultative demeanor. You are able to listen to your business partners, interpret their needs and translate them into technical specifications. You like to constructively challenge and develop alternative proposals You enjoy to communicate at all organizational levels and to utilize influencing skills to ensure focus is given to the most value adding activities You are solutions-oriented, able to work under stress and handle multiple priorities. You have a strong track record of delivering work with agility and high quality. You are a great teammate and willing to share knowledge within the team and broadly. You are fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an asset.
