Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant – Business Analyst

In this role, As a BA, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, playing a critical role in the software development process. You will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and quality assurance teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and define technical specifications.

Responsibilities

·Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.

·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

·Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

·Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and systems.

·Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

·Gather and analyze data to support decision-making and problem-solving.

·Create detailed business requirements documents.

·Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.

·Conduct user acceptance testing and provide feedback to ensure that deliverables meet business needs.

·Assist in the implementation of new systems and processes, including training and support for end users.

·Continuously review and refine business processes to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field . Excellent written and verbal communication skills although

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

·Proven work experience as aBusiness Analyst or Business Analyst with a focus on software development projects.

·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.

·Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.

·Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, such as interviews, workshops, and document analysis.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and development teams.

·Technical acumen and understanding of software development concepts, databases, and technologies.

·Knowledge of data analysis and modeling techniques to support data-driven decision-making.

·Detail-oriented and able to identify and resolve potential issues early in the requirements phase.

·Experience with requirement management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.

·Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work under pressure, and meet project deadlines.
