Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant – QA cum Business Analyst
In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and understanding.

Responsibilities
• Will have to analyze data sets to derive actionable insights, identify trends, and support decision-making processes.
• Will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies in workflows or systems and proposing solutions to optimize business processes.
• Will be responsible for creating detailed documentation of requirements, workflows, and outcomes.
• Generate reports to communicate findings effectively.
• Will have to act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of project objectives.
• Will be responsible for translating business needs into functional specifications or user stories and guiding the development of software or system solutions.
• Will be responsible for collaborating with dev teams to validate developed solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.
• Will be responsible for monitoring implemented solutions, gathering feedback, and recommending further enhancements to align with evolving business needs.
• Will create functional documents for the project
• Will be responsible for manual testing

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• BE/B.TECH

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
 Should have worked for transactional based solutions
 Should be capable of working as Individual Contributor
 Should have worked with Oracle SQL, capable of connecting and running queries to verify and test.
 Have worked and tested A Working PI using Postman
 Must have capabilities / effective communication skills to bridge development and functional requirements.
