JobOverview:

We are looking for anexperienced and motivated Sales Manager –Business Loan to DSA of sales professionals inpromoting business loan products. This role involves driving salesgrowth managing client relationships and achieving revenue targets.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in businesslending leadership skills and a passion for helping businessesaccess financing.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive businessloan growth.
  • Lead mentor and manage a salesteam to achieve targets.
  • Build and maintainstrong relationships with business clients.
  • Present loan proposals and guide clients through the loanprocess.
  • Collaborate with internal teams(credit underwriting marketing) to ensure smooth loanprocessing.
  • Monitor sales performance reporton KPIs and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
  • 5 years of sales experience with 3 years inbusiness lending or financial services.
  • Proventrack record in achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership communication and negotiationskills.
  • Knowledge of business loan productsand financial statements.
  • Proficiency in CRMsoftware and Microsoft Office.
