Position OverviewWe are looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Manager to drive our Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) initiatives within the affordable segment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of the affordable housing market. Your role will be pivotal in helping customers achieve their dreams of homeownership.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Development: Lead coach and inspire a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets through motivation and ongoing training.Strategic Sales Planning: Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the affordable housing market focusing on customer acquisition and retention.Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.Market Insight: Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends customer needs and competitive landscape adjusting strategies accordingly.Performance Tracking: Regularly analyze sales metrics preparing reports and presentations for senior management to track progress and drive strategic decisionmaking.CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with marketing operations and compliance teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all sales practices adhere to industry regulations and internal policies maintaining the highest ethical standards.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Finance or a related field; MBA is a plus.Minimum of X years experience in sales management within the financial services industry particularly in home loans or LAP.Proven success in achieving sales targets and fostering team performance.Indepth knowledge of the affordable housing sector and related lending products.Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and make informed strategic decisions.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.How to ApplyIf you’re ready to make a difference and help customers achieve their dreams of homeownership please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your qualifications and experience to
