Job Title: Home Loans Sales Manager
Function/Department: Home Loans
Job Purpose:
The role requires direct customer interaction and is responsible for the acquisition of Home Loan customers for a designated branch. It involves explaining and selling banking products to customers and acting as a link between customers and the bank, ensuring best-in-class service to customers. The role holder is responsible for supervising catchment mapping, customer feedback, and identifying and converting potential opportunities. The role holder must drive client acquisition, deepen customer relationships, and capitalize on lifetime value in each relationship to achieve larger organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed the defined targets of new customer acquisitions month on month by analyzing transaction banking needs of the customer.
- Provide regular feedback to the Relationship Manager on opportunities and customer needs.
- Ensure adherence to selling norms and SOPs defined by the organization.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:
- Mentor and coach senior team members to percolate the ethos of customer centricity, innovation, compliance, and integrity.
- Create an environment for the team to focus on automation and digital enablement to fulfill customer needs holistically.
- Attract and retain best-in-class talent to meet the Bank's rapid growth targets.
Qualifications:
Graduation: Any Graduation
Post-graduation: Any Post-graduation
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in Home Loans
