In this role, you will be implementing and validating applications for our clients. You will establish and enforce procedures to ensure that software is reviewed, validated, and implemented at appropriate points in their product roadmap. As a configuration lead, you will be configuring, validating, and implementing complex business needs and making sure they meet the legal obligations of our clients.


Responsibilities

Implement and support complex system configuration changes and new configuration requirements into the Global Platform. Work with Devops team on IT configurations and Product team on Product configurations for a region or a client. Work with regional teams and Devops team on triaging any configuration related issues. Managing API/ web services implementations, enhancements, and customer support effectively for top global corporate clients. Support project implementation, testing and deployment to ensure the project pipeline does not stall and that solutions meet short/long term goals. Implement new product features and roll them out to different clients as per business need Support and Document Client Validation Test cases and Implementation plans Manage compliance to all agreed upon SLA’s Proactively communicate and collaborate with impacted stakeholders, both external and internal, to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Business Requirements Documents Performs user acceptance testing for new features. Work in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.

Requirements/Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field and 4+ years’ of related business experience Working knowledge of DynamoDb, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, API's and integrations 3+ years of experience in client implementations Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies Familiarity with agile is a plus. Proactive, self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment. Experience with Excel, Visio, and PowerBI or other reporting software
