Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer

Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (business analysts, architects, developers) to understand claim center requirements and translate them into configurable solutions
- Configure Claim Center components and workflows to automate claim processes and meet business needs
- Develop custom code extensions and integrations using Guidewire scripting languages (e.g., Guidewire Scripting Language (GSL)) to address specific functionalities
- Work closely with development teams to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
- Champion Guidewire integration best practices and represent integration needs during planning sessions
- Conduct technical skill assessments for developers and provide constructive feedback on their work
- Partner with development leads to assess technical debt and prioritize tasks to ensure solutions are sustainable and production-ready
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Guidewire features and functionality
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Proven experience configuring Guidewire Claim Center with a solid understanding of core functionalities (FNOL, Exposure, Incidents, Recoveries, Payments, etc.)
- Experience developing custom code extensions using Guidewire scripting languages (e.g. , GSL) (a plus)
- Experience integrating Claim Center with external systems (a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
