Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Desktop & Networking Lead with a minimum of 14 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in desktop support, networking, and team leadership. This individual will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of desktop systems and network connectivity across the organization.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead a team of IT professionals responsible for desktop support and network administration.
  • Provide hands-on technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop operating systems and applications.
  • Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
  • Monitor network performance and security, implementing measures to optimize efficiency and safeguard against threats.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects and initiatives.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in desktop support and networking.
  • Train and mentor junior IT staff, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for escalated technical issues and service requests.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 14 years of experience in IT support and network administration roles.
  • Proven expertise in desktop support, including Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of networking concepts and protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs.
  • Hands-on experience with network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless technologies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor staff
