JobOverview: The Computer Operator cum Office Assistant isresponsible for managing the companys computer systems andproviding administrative support to ensure efficient operation ofthe office. This role involves a blend of IT skills andadministrative capabilities including data entry managing computersystems maintaining files and handling correspondence. The goal isto ensure the smooth running of our computer systems and officeadministration to support the company s operations and contributeto driving sustainablegrowth.

KeyResponsibilities:

  1. ComputerOperations:

    • Operateand manage the organizations computer systems ensuring they runsmoothly.
    • Perform routinemaintenance tasks such as backing up data and updatingsoftware.
    • Troubleshoot minortechnical issues and provide endusersupport.
  2. DataEntry andManagement:

    • Enterdata accurately into databases and maintainrecords.
    • Generate reports storecompleted work in designated locations and perform backupoperations.
  3. AdministrativeSupport:

    • Assistin office management and organizationprocedures.
    • Handle incoming callsemails and other forms ofcorrespondence.
    • Maintain anorganized filing system for important and confidential companydocuments.
  4. CoordinationandCommunication:

    • Coordinatewith other departments to ensure compliance with companypolicies.
    • Communicate effectivelywith team members and department heads to ensure smoothoperations.
  5. InventoryManagement:

    • Monitorand maintain office equipment and inventory supplies; place orderswhennecessary.


Requirements

EssentialQualifications:

  • HighSchool Diploma or equivalent; further education or certification inOffice Administration or Computer Science ispreferred.
  • Provenexperience as a Computer Operator Office Assistant or similarrole.
  • Familiaritywith office management procedures and basic accountingprinciples.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems.Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work ina fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
