Job Description:

The Administration Assistant will be a key member of our team, providing essential support to our daily office operations. The role includes managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and contributing to a smooth and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
Screen phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
Provide general support to visitors.
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
