Responsibilities:

  • Overseeall nonoperational activities related to office administrationensuring a smooth and efficientworkflow.


  • Managethe endtoend process of invoice processing including verificationapproval andpayment.


  • Coordinatewith banks to ensure timely processing of salaries foremployees.


  • Act asthe primary liaison between hiring partners and audit firmsfacilitating communication and ensuring compliance with regulatoryrequirements.


  • Identifyopportunities to streamline processes and reduce operational costswithout compromising quality orefficiency.


  • Supervisenonoperational staff members providing guidance support andtraining as needed to maintain a productive workenvironment.




Requirements

  • Bachelorsdegree in any field with a strong understanding of accountsmanagementprinciples.


  • Minimum of 57 years of experience in office management or relatedroles with a proven track record ofsuccess.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the abilityto interact with individuals at all levels of the organizationeffectively.


  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keenattention to detail and the ability to prioritize taskseffectively.


  • Proactive problemsolving skills with the ability to identify issuesdevelop solutions and implement changes asneeded.


  • Experiencemanaging a team with the ability to motivate mentor and developstaff members to achieve their fullpotential.


  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and otherrelevant softwareapplications.


  • Flexibilityto adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fastpacedenvironment.


  • Maintainconfidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactionsand decisionmakingprocesses.
