Role andResponsibilities:
The Amazon Brand Managerwill play a pivotal role in overseeing endtoend P&L managementoperations and promotions on all external marketplaces includingAmazon Flipkart Nykaa among others to drive robust revenue growthaligned with monthly and annual business targets. The incumbentwill be accountable for managing business operations on themarketplaces controlling expenses establishing and nurturingrelationships with marketplaces and expanding our online platformpresence as part of the growth function. A strong grasp of managingAmazon and Flipkart advertising is vital for propellinggrowth.
Key Areas ofResponsibilities:
  • Revenuemanagement: Development and execution of monthly plans to driverevenue growth on all marketplaces ensuring profit targets are metand endtoend management of sales frommarketplaces.
  • Promotions: Implementation ofbrand strategy integrated communication and media plans to propelgrowth on platforms as well as designing and executing an effectivepromotions strategy to boost sales numbers and enhance visibilityand metrics.
  • Platform operations: Ensuringsmooth daily operations of our business on all external platformstroubleshooting and resolving operational issues and maintaininghighquality content on all platforms.
  • Liaisingand key accounts/relationship management: Identifying highpotential strategic partnerships engagement with existingmarketplaces and building robust relationships to elevate brandpreference.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitoringcompetition gathering market intelligence detailed analysis ofsales trends funnel conversions and key metrics alongside budgetand ROImanagement.

CandidateQualifications:
The desired candidateshould have a minimum of 35 years of experience with at least 2years in a B2C ecommerce role managing platforms such as AmazonFlipkart Nykaa and a solid understanding of Amazon and Flipkartplatform advertising. Experience in managing internationalmarketplaces is highly desirable. Additionally agraduate/postgraduate from a reputable institute with strong verbaland written communication skills ispreferred.
ReportingRelationship and KeyInterfaces/Stakeholders:
Reporting to theChief Growth Officer the role involves team/IC team leadership withmembers reporting into this position. The Amazon Brand Manager willinteract with internal stakeholders from distribution/supply chaingrowth/marketing finance and product as well as externalstakeholders such as key account managers of Ecommerceplatforms/marketplaces and vendors.
