We are seeking a consummate brand builder with a proven record of building world-class consumer brands. A results-oriented, creative, and digitally savvy brand marketer to help deliver on our brand development priorities, the Sr. Brand Marketing Mgr will be responsible for strengthening PV brand salience and supporting exceptional growth of the service across customer cohorts. This person will be a brilliantly talented strategist with a passion for deeply understanding customers and translating that knowledge into actionable results. This person must bring together their right- and left-brain acumen to uncover insights and creative inspiration to help find new perspectives on the Prime Video brand and service and what it means for customers.
Key job responsibilities
• Support the India marketing leadership and work closely with regional & local marketing teams to build a strong, locally relevant Prime Video brand
• Lead customer marketing and demand generation for new Prime Video initiatives and services
• Collaborate cross functionally (product & channel teams, creative & content, engagement, insights, PR, social & digital teams) to oversee deployment of a service-marketing strategy that works through our various marketing initiatives.
• Use a mix of insights and innovations to create compelling service narratives which are reflective of deep customer understanding (attitudes and behaviors). Translate internal and external research into insights that power service marketing and advertising strategies
• Support creative development and delivery of marketing assets across Amazon owned platforms as well as ATL paid media & social channels. Liaise with a wide-range of external partners (creative agencies, production partners) in creating & deploying our marketing campaigns.
• Overall stakeholder management – leading document reviews and provide periodic updates to internal and external audiences

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to stakeholders
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
