Position Overview:As an Amazon AMS Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategicadvertising campaigns on the Amazon platform. You will work closely with clients to understandtheir business objectives and develop tailored advertising solutions to achieve their goals. Theideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon's advertising ecosystem, includingSponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads, and a proven trackrecord of driving results through data-driven optimization strategies.You should also have agood know-how of the most important metrics like NTBs, SOV, Top-of-page Impression shareand how to increase ACOS for client.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive Amazon advertising strategies to drive sales,increase brand visibility, and achieve client objectives.- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms and optimizecampaign performance.- Create and manage various types of Amazon ad campaigns, including SponsoredProducts, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads.- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insightsand recommendations to improve ROI.- Conduct A/B testing and optimization experiments to refine ad creative, targeting, andbidding strategies.- Able to develop detailed reports about historical metrics as per client requirements- Stay informed about industry trends, new advertising features, and best practices tocontinuously improve campaign performance.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, designers, andanalysts, to deliver integrated marketing solutions for clients.

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.- 1+ years of experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns, preferably in an agency or e-commerce environment.- Proficiency with Amazon Advertising Console and other relevant advertising platforms(Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. Should have ideally worked with in a client-facing role before- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-pace environment.- Certifications such as Amazon Advertising Accreditation or Google Ads Certification are a plus.
