The Opportunity
For our office in Bengaluru, where the culture is casual, social, and international, we are looking for an
exceptional Enablement Lead to lead on the ground our Data & Innovation team. The right candidate
will have a strong background leading and developing teams of researchers and analysts, including
resource and program management along with solution expertise.

About You
You’re passionate about successfully planning and executing multiple programs in parallel. Equally,
you’re a hand-on and experienced team lead, able to nurture talent, coach individuals and drive
career progression. You will have an eye for driving efficiencies for product and solution evolution,
having worked closely with internal stakeholders globally in a consultancy environment.
The Role
The Enablement Lead will lead the offshore enablement team, oversee solution development,
evolution and delivery, and facilitate people growth.

Program management
• Act as a point of contact in the operations of the team to oversee program management,
inclusive of client facing activities
• Manage and review project health, escalating when appropriate and managing minor issues
independently
• Understand the data requirements and work with the Solution Lead to ensure data integrity
• Maintain operational relationships across internal and external support teams
• Optimize resource allocation, including people, technology, and tools, to ensure effective
programs
• Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure high standards in solution
delivery
• Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement
Team development
• Provide consistent leadership and guidance to direct reports to ensure consistent
administration of company policies and standards; define and implement any corrective
actions needed to meet operational performance targets
• Select, train, develop, and manage performance of direct reports and indirect reports;
including planning and assigning work for staff in accordance with project requirements,
current skillsets and career aspirations, working with L&D
• Lead and manage a team responsible for the day-to-day operations
• Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement
• Identify broader team training needs, and develop and implement training to upskill the
team
Data & Innovation evolution
• Work with D&I and Solution Leads to evolve existing solutions and create new ones
• Track industry trends and capabilties in order to evolve solutions
• Oversee and guard the standardization of delivery processes
• Work closely with D&I leadership to co-create future org structure, product strategy and
team needs
Your Experience
• A minimum of 7- 10 years in a similar role within a global organisation that works with
international clients
• Strong working knowledge of solution and product development
• Distinct experience and passion for the management and mentorship of team members,
including training needs
• Impeccable project delivery / management, including financials, reporting and tracking
• Strong interest and curiosity in anything related to customer experience management and
experience design

• Ability to understand and implement strong process and governance frameworks keeping in
mind both short term and long-term objectives of the organization
Desired skills
• Strong interpersonal, listening, critical thinking, presentation, and writing skills in English.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding work.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Bengaluru office. All candidates must be eligible to work in the
relevant location.
