Ecommerce Customer Service Representative

JobSummary:We arelooking for a detailoriented and customerfocused Customer ServiceRepresentative (NonVoice) to join our team. The successfulcandidate will handle customer inquiries and issues through emailchat and social media platforms ensuring timely and effectiveresolutions. This role requires excellent written communicationskills a strong understanding of customer service principles andthe ability to manage multiple taskssimultaneously.
KeyResponsibilities:1.Customer Support: Provide excellentcustomer support via email and chat channels maintaining aprofessional and friendlydemeanor.
2.Issue Resolution: Address customerconcerns inquiries and complaints promptly striving to findeffectivesolutions.
3.Product Knowledge: Develop an indepthunderstanding of our products/services to answer customer questionsand recommend appropriatesolutions.
4.Communication: Communicate clearly andeffectively with customers colleagues and other departments withinthecompany.
5.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate anddetailed records of customer interactions transactions andresolutions.
7.Conflict Resolution: Handle challengingsituations and conflicts with empathy patience andprofessionalism.
8.Team Collaboration: Collaborate withteam members to ensure consistent service quality and shareinsights to improve customersatisfaction.
9.Adherence to Policies: Follow companypolicies and procedures while providing customer service and ensurecompliance with relevantregulations.
Qualifications:HSC (Bachelors degreepreferred). Provencustomer service experience or relatedrole. Excellentverbal and written communicationskills. Strongproblemsolvingabilities. Abilityto work in a fastpaced and dynamicenvironment.Proficiency in using customer service software and computersystems.Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends ifrequired. Positiveattitude and a commitment to customersatisfaction.
