Job Overview
We are looking for a Sales Consultant - Toyota to join our team at Arpanna Group. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling Toyota vehicles and providing an exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time position based in Thane, Maharashtra, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in automotive sales or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of Toyota vehicles and their features
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
- Fluency in the local language is preferred
- Valid driver's license
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell Toyota vehicles
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of different Toyota models to customers
- Provide accurate information about vehicle specifications, pricing, financing options, and warranties
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle that suits their needs and preferences
- Conduct test drives and answer any questions or concerns customers may have
- Negotiate pricing and finalize sales agreements
- Coordinate with the finance department to facilitate smooth financing and leasing processes
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Toyota vehicles, promotions, and industry trends
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue generation of the company
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies and campaigns
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process
