Requirements:
  • Min.3 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or a similarrole.
  • Exceptional knowledge of leading socialmedia platforms such as Instagram Facebook Twitter andLinkedIn.
  • Portfolio of social media campaignshandled in the past.
  • Having outstandingcopywriting skills would be an addedbenefit.
  • Good understanding of social mediaads.
  • Sound knowledge of influencermarketing.
  • Familiarity with social media postschedulers like Hootsuite Buffer Publer or similartools.
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in marketingmedia or related field.
  • Good written and verbalcommunication skills.
  • Basic customer serviceskills.
  • Good time managementskills.

RolesandResponsibilities:
  • ContentCreation: Develop engaging and relevant content for various socialmedia platforms aligning with brand voice and marketingobjectives.
  • Social Media Management: Maintainand update social media accounts ensuring consistent and timelyposts to enhance brand visibility.
  • CommunityEngagement: Foster interactions with the online communityresponding to comments messages and inquiries in a timely andprofessional manner.
  • Campaign Planning:Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute social mediacampaigns promotions andadvertisements.
  • Analytics and Reporting:Monitor social media metrics analyze performance data and generatereports to assess the effectiveness of social mediastrategies.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay informed aboutindustry trends and social media developments incorporatinginnovative approaches into the overall social mediastrategy.
  • Brand Advocacy: Cultivate and nurturebrand advocates influencers and partnerships to amplify the brandspresence across social platforms.
  • Social MediaAdvertising: Plan and execute paid social media advertisingcampaigns optimizing targeting and budget allocation for maximumimpact.
  • Crisis Management: Address and manageany potential social media crises promptly working to maintain apositive brand image.
