Overview As a SocialMedia Intern you will play a crucial role in developing andexecuting the organizations social media strategy. You will workclosely with the marketing team to create engaging content managesocial media platforms and analyze performance metrics.   • Assist in creatingand implementing social media strategies to increase brandawareness and drive engagement
  • Create andmanage social media content including text image and videocontent
  • Monitor and respond to comments andmessages across various social mediaplatforms
  • Conduct research on current trendsand audience preferences to optimize social mediacontent
  • Track and analyze social mediaperformance using analytics tools
  • Assist in thedevelopment and execution of social media campaigns andpromotions
  • Collaborate with the marketing teamto align social media efforts with overall marketingstrategies
  • Stay uptodate with social media bestpractices and technologies
  • Support the creationof social media calendars and scheduling ofposts
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions forcreative content ideas
  • Assist in influenceroutreach and partnership management
  • Provideadministrative support for social media accounts andcampaigns
  • Contribute to the growth andexpansion of the organizations social mediapresence
  • Assist in the development andmaintenance of social media adcampaigns
  • Monitor competitors social mediaactivities and performance
Requiredqualifications
  • Pursuing or completeda degree in Marketing Communications Business or relatedfield
  • Familiarity with major social mediaplatforms including Facebook Twitter Instagram LinkedIn andPinterest
  • Strong written and verbalcommunication skills
  • Basic understanding ofsocial media analytics and performancetracking
  • Ability to work independently and in ateam environment
  • Creative mindset with theability to generate innovativeideas
  • Proficiency in content creation anddesign tools such as Canva Adobe Creative Suite orsimilar
  • Knowledge of social media advertisingand promotional techniques
  • Detailoriented andorganized with excellent time managementskills
  • Passion for staying updated on thelatest trends and best practices in social mediamarketing
  • Ability to multitask and prioritizein a fastpaced environment
  • Willingness to learnand adapt to new technologies andplatforms
  • Previous experience in managingsocial media accounts either personally or professionally is aplus
  • Understanding of SEO principles and theirapplication in social media marketing
