Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain business relationships with multiple stakeholders for a noiseless Medical coding operationsDrive transformation through best-in-class practices within current teams to develop World class operationsWorking with the transition managers for seamless migration of work from onshore locations to Hyderabad siteWorking as an independent Ops leader to take care of all operational and people issues for the site.Conducting Operational Business Reviews with onshore counterparts and management team internally.Coordinating site and country wide issues with the Business Span LeadFostering/maintaining a collaborative relationship with internal and external customers to ensure smooth relations and profitabilityAssisting in building, reviewing and adhering to the annual business plan and forecastsControlling costs and increasing profitability via productivity and quality gainsEnsuring the Production Team and Supervisors continually improve their performance and meets Service Level Agreements/Performance Guarantee goalsEnsure teams are engaged and employee satisfaction is at acceptable levelsProducing annual business plans including operating budgetsNegotiating solutions, resolving conflicts and anticipating/handling critical situationsDeveloping, motivating and retaining employees and challenging the team to set ambitious goalsProviding regular performance feedback and giving frequent formal and informal coaching sessionsManaging and owning country level P&L for respective Business AreasComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
College Graduate15+ Years of Experience - large scale operations in Clinical investigation or Clinical Case review or Optum Rx or RCM or Risk adjustment coding or Provider codingExtensive experience in interactions with Clients / Onshore teamsHands on experience in managing P/L for the Process Handled Min Span of FTE’s and aboveProven excellent communication skills, relationship building and interpersonal skillsProven excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-taskDemonstrable ability to successfully supervise and lead othersAbility to work collaboratively with sub-ordinates, peers and senior managementProven track record of sound business judgment and experience of change managementFlexible for ShiftsOpen to Travel
Preferred Qualifications:
