The Role
Multrix is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive - Career Counselor to join our dedicated sales team. The primary responsibility will be to engage with leads of working professionals and advise them on the range of courses we offer to help enhance their careers and skills. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales skills, previous experience in the Edu Tech industry, and a strong command of spoken English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reaching out to provided leads of working professionals through calls to promote and explain our range of career-enhancing courses.
- Engaging with potential customers to understand their career goals and advising them on suitable course options.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets by effectively communicating the value of our educational offerings.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective students to guide them through their decision-making process.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Account Management or Career Counselling / Placements role, ideally within the Consulting, Ed Tech and Education industry.
- You have working knowledge of Sales, Telesales, Edutech and English Communication
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
