Job Sequel is looking for Business Development Executive.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Work on identifying potential clients or partnerships to expand the company's market reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and meetings.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to align strategies and meet business goals.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to showcase company products/services and win new business.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Telesales role, ideally within the Staffing / Executive Search industry.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • Must have a bachelor's degree in marketing/sales field or relevant field.
  • Must have 0-1 years of Experience in the relevant field.
  • Must have Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
