We are looking for 2 to 3 years of experience as a resilient business development executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients and ensuring the continued success of an organization by managing the business development process. In addition to collaborating with other corporate leaders and managers, their responsibilities include meeting with prospective business partners, tending to current clientele, and keeping tabs on industry trends to identify opportunities for new business development.

Business Development Executive Responsibilities:

Maintaining good public relations and creating great bonds with clients.
Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
Creating a professional impression of the organization in the market.
Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
Crafting business proposals and contracts to pitch new clients.
Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
Innovative techniques for targeting the targeted customers.
Reviewing clients‘ feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Generate profitable leads and high-profile client management.
Create branding of the organization in the market and also maintain trustworthy relations with clients.

Business Development Executive Requirements:

Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills.
Extensive sales experience.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Sales negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
Ability to prepare PPT/documentation for clients.
Knowledge of sales management, marketing, strategic management, and business planning.
Ability to multi-task and manage your tasks effectively.
