Business Develpment Executive

**Responsibilities**:
**Market Research and Analysis**:Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Analyze customer needs and industry trends to develop tailored strategies for business growth.
**Client Relationship Management**:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
Proactively engage with potential clients, building rapport, understanding their business requirements, and presenting our solutions.
**Sales and Business Development**:Generate new leads and opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold-calling, and attending industry events.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase our value proposition.
**Partnership Development**:Identify strategic partnership opportunities with other companies, organizations, or industry stakeholders.
Negotiate and close partnership agreements that align with our business objectives.
**Team Collaboration**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and technical teams, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services to clients.
Provide feedback and insights from the market to contribute to product/service enhancements.
**Reporting and Documentation**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
