PositionOverview:We are seeking adriven and innovative Community Growth Manager to join our team andlead our community expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will be adynamic individual with a passion for building relationshipsfostering talent and driving growth. As the Community GrowthManager you will be responsible for recruiting and managing campusambassadors cultivating relationships with corporate partnersoverseeing internship programs and coordinating various communityevents and initiatives.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Recruitmentand Management: Identify recruit and onboard campusambassadors to represent Kalwings at universities and collegesworldwide. Provide guidance support and resources to ambassadors toensure their success in promoting Kalwings mission and values oncampus.
  • CorporateEngagement: Establish and nurture relationships withcorporate partners to understand their talent needs and providesolutions through our pool of talented students and professionals.Collaborate with corporate partners to create internshipopportunities mentorship programs and recruitmentevents.
  • Internship ProgramManagement: Oversee the internship program includingrecruitment selection onboarding and ongoing support of interns.Serve as the main point of contact for interns providing guidancefeedback and mentorship throughout their internshipexperience.
  • Social MediaManagement: Work closely with the marketing team todevelop and execute social media content strategies to engage withour community and promote Kalwings initiatives events andopportunities across variousplatforms.
  • EventCoordination: Plan organize and execute hackathonsworkshops networking events and other community initiatives tofoster collaboration learning and innovation within the techcommunity.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in business administration marketing communications or arelated field.
  • Proven experience in communitymanagement recruitment or relatedroles.
  • Excellent communication interpersonaland relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Strongorganizational and project management abilities with the ability tomultitask and prioritizeeffectively.
  • Familiarity with social mediaplatforms and content management tools.
  • Passionfor technology education and communityengagement.
