Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Warangal for an IT Bench Sales - Associate. As an IT Bench Sales - Associate, your day-to-day tasks will include identifying and qualifying potential IT professionals, building and maintaining relationships with candidates, matching candidates with job openings, and negotiating contract terms with clients. You will also be responsible for tracking and managing the bench of available consultants.
Experience : 1 – 3 Years
Salary : As per market
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with bench resources to prepare for placements.
- Coordinate candidate submissions to clients.
- Maintain candidate and client databases.
- Assist with documentation processes.
- Provide support to Senior Sales Associates and Sales Leads before and after submissions.
- Offer general administrative assistance.
- Learn to establish post-submission support networks.
- Screen and Onboard new bench consultants who are joining us.
- Post closure connects for the placed consultants up to 6 months to build relationship.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of IT industry and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify and qualify potential candidates
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
- Negotiation and contract management skills
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and CRM software
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Experience in IT bench sales is a plus
