Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Warangal. As an IT Bench Sales - Trainee (Freshers), your day-to-day tasks will involve managing the bench of qualified IT candidates, identifying job opportunities, and building relationships with clients.


Responsibilities

  • Acquire knowledge of US demographics.
  • Familiarize oneself with the IT job market.
  • Learn to navigate various job portals and sales opportunities.
  • Gain understanding of different Visa statuses and work authorizations.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates
  • Knowledge of the IT industry, including various technologies and job roles
  • Ability to source and screen candidates based on their skills and qualifications
  • Experience in bench sales or IT staffing is a plus
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
