Duty Hours: 08 Hours + Overtime

Job Summary: We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Auditing Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting the auditing department by conducting routine checks, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be able to assist with various audits, both internal and external.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external audits.
  • Help prepare financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Review transactions and supporting documents for accuracy.
  • Assist in the assessment of internal controls, including risk assessments and reviews of risk areas.
  • Participate in the drafting of audit reports, including the findings and recommendations.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify discrepancies and areas needing improvement.
  • Maintain and update auditing documentation and information.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to follow up on audit findings and corrective actions.
  • Provide support in financial and compliance audits.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Auditing Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
  • Excellent data analysis skills and attention to detail.
  • Good with numbers and the ability to spot numerical errors.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professionalism, with the propensity to adhere to all confidentiality requirements.
