JobSummary:

We are lookingfor an experienced and highly skilled Auditing Senior Levelprofessional to lead our auditing team. The ideal candidate willhave extensive experience in auditing strong leadership abilitiesand a deep understanding of auditing standards and regulations.This role involves overseeing all aspects of the audit processensuring accuracy and compliance and providing strategic insightsto improve financialoperations.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Leadand manage audit engagements including planning execution andreporting.
  • Developand implement audit plans andstrategies.
  • Reviewand evaluate financial statements for accuracy andcompliance.
  • Assessinternal controls and risk managementprocesses.
  • Identifyareas of improvement and provide recommendations for enhancingefficiency andeffectiveness.
  • Preparedetailed audit reports with findings and actionplans.
  • Ensurecompliance with statutory and regulatoryrequirements.
  • Superviseand mentor junior audit staff providing guidance andtraining.
  • Liaisewith external auditors regulatory authorities and otherstakeholders.
  • Stayupdated with the latest auditing standards regulations and bestpractices.


Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; a Master s degreeor professional certification (e.g. CPA CA ACCA) is highlypreferred.
  • Provenexperience as a Senior Auditor or in a similar seniorlevel auditingrole.
  • Indepthknowledge of auditing standards principles andpractices.
  • Stronganalytical and critical thinkingskills.
  • Excellentunderstanding of accounting principles and financialreporting.
  • Proficiencyin auditing software andtools.
  • Exceptionalattention to detail andaccuracy.
  • Strongleadership and team managementskills.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
  • Abilityto handle multiple projects and meetdeadlines.


Proven experience as an Auditing Assistant or similar role. Strongunderstanding of accounting and financial reporting principles andpractices. Excellent data analysis skills and attention to detail.Good with numbers and the ability to spot numerical errors.Familiarity with accounting software and systems. Strongorganizational and communication skills. Ability to workindependently and as part of a team. Professionalism, with thepropensity to adhere to all confidentialityrequirements.
