Job Description Building the Joint Business Plan, defining input and output metrices, driving sales and executing complete business operations of e-commerce GTM - Front end operations, Product Assortment, Supply chain, Distribution and CRM, brand marketing activities to increase the digital presence of the brand and Payments and accounts receivables. Establishing working relationships with e-retailers, improving content on partner platforms & listing and enabling sell outs of new product launches Responsible for the complete P&L, Sales, Operations, Inventory, pricing and gross margins. Building product forecast at region and account level; monitoring the products listed and ensuring the deliveries of orders to achieve a market share of products. Collaboration with internal as well as external stakeholders to achieve the desired market share in tools category Manage appropriate product promotions on eCommerce platforms in collaboration with the Marketing team. Designing and planning exclusive product ranges for e-commerce partners and working closely with design, product and production team

Qualifications

MBA from Tier 1 institute 4 to 10 years of total work experience is desired 2-3 years of working experience in e-commerce or similar KAM positions is must Ideal candidate would have an omni channel sales experience for seamless transition between the online and offline channel partner
