  • Ensuredocumentation of all guest related issues using thelogbook

 

  • Signmedia and supervise shift handoverprocedures

 

  • Coordinateand communicate with other hotel departments as required regardinggeneral administration and operationsissues

 

  • Providemanagement presence at all times by assisting with the handling ofguests needs and complaints tactfully andefficiently

 

  • AssistGuest Relations in greeting rooming and sending offguests

 

  • Inspectfront of house and back of house regularly for cleanliness andorderliness

 

  • Ensurethat front line staff complies with marketing techniques andmaximizessales

 

  • Checkbilling instructions monitor guest credit and act upon anydiscrepancies

 

  • Coordinatefull house situations and makes all necessary arrangements tohandle overbooking and pledgerelocates

 

  • Ensureprocedures of OnCall Valet Desks and driveways are manned at alltimes and runefficiently

 

  • Ensuresthe Safety Security and Loss Control policies and procedures arecompiled with at the lobby and driveway. Handle and manage hotelemergencies.

 

  • ConductNight Audit Process forhotel
