A leadingEcommerce Organization
JobResponsibilties:
Creation of unified Datacollection Templates Standardized definitions formulation of metricand Global data pool which will act as a single source of PeopleData.
Work with the various function heads /Regional HR teams to ensure the data present in the various systems(like SAP Skillate LMS etc.) are accurate and up to date
Reporting and tracking of the various organizationalPeople Metrics
Utilize advanced data analyticstools (like PowerBI / SPSS / R / Tableau) to analyze the raw dataand convert them into meaningful data sets
Continually assist with optimizing the data management foranalytics implementing changes where applicable
HR Analytics & Reporting Framework
Work along with HR Leadership team various HR functionslike Global Rewards Talent Management Diversity & InclusionTalent Acquisition and Regional HR Heads to create analyticalroadmaps relevant Dashboards Reporting schedule and Reportingtemplates to embed analytics within the organization sDNA.
Publishing the various HR Weekly reportsMonthly / Quarterly / Annual HR Scorecards highlighting the keytrends Challenges opportunities for improvement and databasedsolutions for the same in a timely and accurate manner
Own complex data analysis to identify inferences and setpriorities. Utilize metrics and data to deep dive into issuesuncover trends and make recommendations to themanagement.
Concisely summarize data to createcompelling analyses and engaging presentations.
Coordinating with internal & externalstakeholders
Partner with HR Leadership TeamRegional HR teams IT Team to ensure smooth implementation of HRAnalytics framework.
Develop and maintainstrong relationships with external partners including Technologycompanies Consulting Companies and other vendors.
SelfDevelopment
Attend seminarsexhibitions and training program to continuously updateknowledge.
Continuously hone up desiredcompetencies to perform exceedingly well in the role
CandidateRequirement:
The ideal candidate for thisrole will be a seasoned and highly qualified person with extensiveexperience in implementing HR Analytics framework for a largeglobal organisation. The individual will need to have strongexperience 8 10 years.
S/he should have a strongexecutive presence relationship building skills and an ability tomake an impact with internal / external stakeholders.
Education and ExperienceGuidelines
Minimum Degree: MBA/PGDM/MCA/BTECH with minimum 810 years from a tier 1 managementinstitute along with Certified HR Analytics Program. S/he mustpossess Strong skills in HR Analytical Tools and Technology (likePowerBI / SPSS / R / Tableau) along with good working experience ofMS Office Suite.
