Our client is one of the leading manufacturing companies, looking to hire Deputy Manager / Manager - HR Analytics.


Role Purpose: The role is responsible for HR Digital Data Centre work, HR Analytics and enable HR automation /digitalization for DDC related work enabling real-time data, leadership review and decision making.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and ensure real time HR dashboards through power BI in a systematic and standardized manner
  • Coordinate with Plants, Divisions, Corporates and HR verticals for DDC data, digitalization and HR automation requirements
  • Consolidate, Monitor and drive HR metrics and analytics towards enabling data based decision making
  • MIS reports, Presentations, Managing Schedules & Communication, coordinate for meetings and track minutes of meetings related to HR Data Center
  • HR - IT enablement and digitalization in sync with DDC requirement. Actively involve in various HR projects and other HR areas of work as assigned
  • Organise periodical reviews and ensure MIS in a timely manner


Desired Profile:

  • BE and MBA-HR from reputed institution with consistent academic track record
  • Diploma / certification in HR Data Analytics desired
  • Around 5-8 years from Technology company / data driven process industry in Analytics and Systems. Experienced in HR Systems like PeopleStrong, Formula HR, SAP, etc.
  • Proactive and self-driven with good analytical abilities
  • Statistical knowledge / Tools for predictive analytics
  • Understanding on HR systems and processes
  • Well-versed in Power-BI, MS-Office, IT-enablement and latest IT Tools and development trends
  • Expertise in Technology and data driven approach
  • Excellent Coordination and communication abilities
