Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our Client Success Team. As a part of this team, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and success. This includes managing client relationships, addressing client queries and concerns, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in client success or a similar role.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in client success or a similar customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to multitask
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Knowledge of the background verification services industry is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, assisting them in utilizing our services effectively
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services to existing clients
  • Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate complex problems when necessary
  • Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback
  • Prepare reports and updates on client performance and communicate them to relevant stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in client success management
