The Role


As the Sales Head at CLOUDKITCH, you will be responsible for leading and driving the company's regional sales growth strategy. You will play a pivotal role in establishing CLOUDKITCH as the leading solution for cafeteria & food courts management. Targetting Companies, Co-Working, Co-Living, Property Developers and large Enterprises.

You will hunt opportunities from Facilities Management, Administration, Workplace, Procurement & similar professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the property development sector, focusing on key accounts.
  • Develop strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting CLOUDKITCH's solutions effectively.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring successful contract finalization.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closed deal.
  • Analyze sales data and identify trends to inform future sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor landscape to maintain a competitive edge.


Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 8 years experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within the Real Estate and Hospitality industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have working knowledge of Hunting
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
  • You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
