This is a remoteposition.

We are looking for a ProfitCenter Head who can manage marketing campaign of 100 Restuarants inCanada remotely and a Marketing Team of 20members.


Develop strategies and tactics toget the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic toour frontdoor

Developand execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies toachieve growth targets and key performance indicators(KPIs).

Manage the endtoend development of creative campaigns for bothdemand generation and brand buildinginitiatives

Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementationfrom ideation toexecution

Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channelslike content creation content curation pay per click campaignsevent management publicity social media lead generation campaignscopywriting performanceanalysis

Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog thatattracts and converts our targetgroups

Buildstrategic relationships and partner with key industry playersagencies andvendors

Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annualbasis and allocate fundswisely

Oversee and approve marketing material from website banners to hardcopy brochures and case studies

Measure and report on theperformance of marketing AD campaigns gain insight and assessagainst goals
Analyzeconsumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaignsaccordingly

Requirements

Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potentialand attitude required tolearn

Candidate with experience in Email marketing SEO Digital Marketingwill bepreferred

Previous experience with Zomato Swiggy or any other relevantcompany will bepreferred.

Should have minimum 1215 years experience in Digital Marketingfield

Candidate must be able to manage a team of 1520members.

Experience from Restaurant Industry is amust

Provenexperience in identifying target audiences and in creativelydevising and leading across channels marketing campaigns thatengage educate andmotivate

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. GoogleAnalytics)

Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwordscampaigns

Numerically literate comfortable working with numbers making senseof metrics and processing figures withspreadsheets

A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and wittycommunication

Uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in onlinemarketing andmeasurement

Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Marketing or relatedfield.

Candidates with experience in Sales and Marketing will bepreferred.
