PositionOverview:

An Aviation Company isseeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of BusinessDevelopment to lead our sales efforts. The ideal candidate willhave 15 years of sales experience with a proven track record ofdriving revenue growth. While prior experience in aviation sales ispreferred candidates with sales experience in hospitality orrelated industries will also be considered. The Vice President ofBusiness Development will be based in Delhi but will be required totravel extensively primarily to North America Europe and the MiddleEast to attend trade events shows and meet withclients.

Responsibilities:

  • Developand execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expandmarket presence.
  • Identify and cultivate newbusiness opportunities through proactive prospecting andnetworking.
  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with existing clients ensuring high levels ofcustomer satisfaction and retention.
  • Leadnegotiations for contracts and agreements working closely withlegal and executive teams.
  • Collaborate withinternal teams to develop customized solutions that meet clientneeds and exceed expectations.
  • Stay abreast ofindustry trends market developments and competitor activities toinform business strategies.
  • Represent ContinuumAviation at industry events conferences and trade shows serving asa brand ambassador and thought leader.
  • Provideregular reporting and analysis on sales performance forecasting andpipelinemanagement.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimumof 10 years of sales experience in aviation or hospitality with aproven track record of achieving targets and driving revenuegrowth.
  • Strong understanding of salesprinciples and techniques with excellent negotiation and closingskills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build andmaintain relationships with key stakeholders including clientspartners and industry influencers.
  • Exceptionalcommunication and presentation skills with the ability toarticulate value propositionseffectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaceddynamic environment and adapt quickly to changingpriorities.
  • Willingness to travel extensivelyboth domestically and internationally.
  • Priorexperience in aviation sales or related industrypreferred.
