This role is directly accountable to the Founder of the Creators Nest Group for the performance of all responsibilities related to sales and marketing.
Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Sales at Creators Nest. The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities, including managing key customer accounts, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. This role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
To develop and implement an overall marketing and sales strategy for company products, including pricing and customer service policies and advertising programs. Developing marketing action plans that clearly define objectives, goals, schedules and assignments to implement and achieve targeted opportunities.
To carry out a program for market research and analysis including market segments, buying trends and competitor analysis.
To provide recommendations for improving or adding new IPs and assist with team development and testing.
Maintaining relationships with advertising agencies, public relations firms and market research firms.
Oversees and verifies reporting of sales and marketing activities, including leads generated and tracking reports, sales orders received, sales reports and determines appropriate reporting frequency, such as weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Qualifications:
Sales Operations, Sales Management, and Sales Strategy skills
Minimum 5 Years of Experience of Sales / Brand Partnerships in Digital Media Background
30 mins of Daily Time spent on any of the Social Media Platform(s)
Strong leadership and management capabilities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Experience in the Media Industry is a plus
