KeyResponsibilities:

  1. Hiring& Recruitment:
    • Lead endtoendrecruitment processes from job posting to candidateonboarding.
    • Collaborate with department headsto understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitmentstrategies.
    • Conduct interviews and ensure aseamless candidateexperience.
  2. Payrolland Benefits:
    • Oversee payrollprocesses to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevantregulations.
    • Manage employee benefits programsincluding health insurance retirement plans and otherperks.
    • Address employee queries related topayroll andbenefits.
  3. AccountsManagement:
    • Collaborate with thefinance department to ensure accurate financial records related toHR activities.
    • Monitor and manage HRrelatedbudgets andexpenses.
  4. AdministrationManagement:
    • Handle daytoday HRadministrative tasks such as documentation employee records anddata management.
    • Ensure compliance with companypolicies and legalrequirements.
  5. ManagingRecruitment Team:
    • Lead and mentora team of HR professionals.
    • Foster acollaborative and highperformance culture within the HRdepartment.
  6. EmployeeHappiness:
    • Develop and implementinitiatives to enhance employee engagement andsatisfaction.
    • Address and resolve employeeconcerns to maintain a positive workenvironment.
  7. Policiesand Procedures:
    • Develop updateand communicate HR policies andprocedures.
    • Ensure adherence to companypolicies and legalrequirements.
  8. ConductDisciplinary Actions:
    • Handledisciplinary actions when necessary ensuring fair and consistentenforcement of companypolicies.
  9. GeneralManagement Duties:
    • Collaboratewith other departments to address crossfunctionalissues.
    • Contribute to the development andexecution of organizationalstrategies.
  10. Payrolland Compliances:
    • Stay updated onlabor laws and regulations to ensurecompliance.
    • Work closely with legal andcompliance teams to mitigaterisks.

Qualificationsand Skiils:

  • Bachelorsor Mastersdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or arelated field.
  • Proven experience of 2 years inHR roles preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strongknowledge of labor laws payroll processes and HR bestpractices.
  • Excellent communicationinterpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability tohandle sensitive and confidential information withdiscretion.
