The key roles and responsibilities of a prospective candidate will be as follows:


● Enforce, ensure amend and adapt the legal compliance with the center and the state in terms of Employee Policy, corporate governance and HR compliance.

● Monitor and manage performance appraisals and analyze the loose ends, slacks and shortcomings that hamper the overall efficiency and productivity of the individual and company at large.

● Duly Fill Sheets and Reports required for execution and management of the HR management and daily operations of the team.

● Keeping a close eye on the peak productivity hours during the office and keep track of the design and content updates.

● Duly check all the Digital profiles and accounts of the company for messages, comments, notifications, reviews and recommendations

● Oversee online reputation management on social media and digital profile and make sure always to have an answer delivered to every feedback on the profile.

● Conduct Public relationship activities as a part of the HR governance to uphold and instill the work culture of white elephant tech, in and out of the office premises.

● Look after rewards, appraisals and fair compensations of the members of the team and keep track of their output and contributions, both material and immaterial.

● Continue to evolve and adapt to keep up with the standard norms of Industry and the HR ecosystem of contemporary companies at large.

● Create manage and monitor problem solving groups to ensure optimum team composition and enforce tactical strategies that can help enhance the performance, productivity, efficiency and the holistic well-being of the team members.

● Focus on the Total Quality Management of the team wherein we can create an ecosystem in which members will continuously and consistently improve their skills and contribute their share in enhancing the companies KPI at large.

● Draft and charter a course of action that can transform and enhance the scalability of the KPIs for optimum output, performance and efficiency.

● Process and monitor the payroll management for all members of the team.

● Conduct and discharge the disciplinary actions for non-performing aspects of the members and oversee the indexes where any member or team fall short in their deliverances and deliverables.

● Work in close coordination with the operation managers/executives and the management to keep everyone up-to date with the latest innovation in the industry. 

● Duly Fill Sheets and Reports required for execution and management of the Digital Marketing Campaigns.

● Create Fairness, Non-discrimination, Non-compete, Non-disclosure agreements and policy and ensure their monitoring.

● Look after the compliance management of the team, including but not limited to handling grievance procedures

● and conflict resolution among the members to ensure transparency and fairness for all parties.

● Discover the tools that can help cut onto redundant or fuzzy efforts, so as to automate the organizational processes through relevant business tools and HR Technology management.

● Periodically conduct, organise and source different programs, webinars, events, learning session for the fellow members for their inclusive learning, development, wellness and recreation.
